The Owasso Assembly of God Church embarked on a mission to provide sustainable healthcare solutions in Nicaragua. Their long-term vision included building a permanent clinic, but they sought an immediate, economical solution to begin addressing healthcare needs. Clinic In A Can provided the ideal answer, enabling the church to start with a 20-foot relocatable clinic.

The mission initially conducted health care from the local church in Nicaragua. The introduction of a 20-foot Clinic In A Can allowed for a dedicated space for health care treatment, separate from the church's operations.
